Jordi's style may grate on the nerves for some, but his tutorials are well structured and to the point.

For tutorials on doing a range of special effects as well as easy-to-follow tutorials on Adobe Premiere and After Effects try Surfaced Studio :
For Tasmanian-based aspiring filmmakers, I recommend checking out Wide Angle Tasmania and the resources they offer at - https://www.wideangle.org.au/
If you need licensed music or sound effects, I've found www.audioblocks.com to be very useful. There is a subscription fee, but you can pay monthly with unlimited downloads.
